Refund policy

Our return policy lasts for 7 days after you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@craftycreationsbycynthias.com and include your order number in the body of the email.

*To request a cancellation, it must be done within 6 hours of purchase.

The buyer/customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Unauthorized returns will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please note that every order is inspected before it is shipped out. However, we kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made items, cannot be returned. Many of the items available on our site are personalized or custom-made. These unique items cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of an error caused by Crafty Creations by Cynthias.

Non-Personalized or Non-Custom-made Items
Crafty Creations By Cynthias accepts returns and exchanges for non-personalized and non-custom-made items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damage if initiated within 7 days of delivery. To receive a full refund or exchange, the item must be mailed within 14 days of receiving the original order. However, please note that return shipping costs are not included in the refund.

*Exchange orders returned within 7 days will incur a return shipping fee.

*Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for custom-made, personalized orders, sale items, gift cards, or tips.

For apparel, unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds due to COVID-19. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Exchanges
If your return is approved, the quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and then make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You also have the option of receiving store credit by having the refund issued on a gift card, which you can then use for shopping at our online store.
